We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise within 28 days of receipt, provided that:
We receive the return within 28 days after this notice was given.
1. The item is returned in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged- with all original tags in place, and packed in the original tissue paper.
2. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.
3. The original invoice is included inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.
4. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or return of the package.
Due to the nature of our fine jewellery pieces, made fro precious stones and gemstones, these are shipped from Geneva, Switzerland where we work with a transit specialist liaising with our workshop in Istanbul, Turkey.
Made to order pieces take up toe 3 weeks from the date of the order to arrive at destination. Please note that we do not refund made to order pieces.
Orders are shipped out from Geneva every Tuesday and every Thursday of the week. A tracking number will be shared with you, from our partner couriers.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.
We will always try to be as swift as possible, refunds may take up to 5-10 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
Following Brexit, all orders shipping from our UK distribution centre to EU countries will require additional import sales and customs duties arising in EU countries, which will be billed separately. Different customs duty rates apply depending on the product ordered.
All international shipments have a fuel surcharge and a Brexit fee of £4.50 - so the prices are a little lower than they will be on your invoice.
