Therefore, we are temporarily not requiring you to physically sign for your delivery. We suggest
that you follow your shipment with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.

Following Brexit, all orders shipping from our UK distribution center to EU countries will require additional import sales and customs duties arising in EU countries, which will be billed separately. Different customs duty rates apply depending on the product ordered.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. The payment of these fees may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Free shipping promotions do not apply to customs duties.
